How we work

Why choose Axxets?

Being independent is one of our main differentiators, as it allows us to represent your interests and not those of banks or financial institutions.

Transparency is another one of our pillars. Through a completely personal relationship with you, we detail each step and decision of the work process.

Last but not least, we take the time to understand and know your objectives, which allows us to provide innovative and personalized solutions supported by a platform that helps us access the best opportunities in the industry.

How do I schedule an appointment?

If you want to speak with us, you can send us an email to contact@axxets.com indicating your needs or you can fill out the contact form. Rest assured that we will contact you to help you achieve your goals.

Do I have to approve investment decisions?

It’s up to you. We have two working schemes:

  • Within the discretionary scheme, we have the freedom to sell stocks and bonds.
  • In the non-discretionary scheme, we require instructions from you.

It’s important to mention that in both schemes, you are always informed of all the movements that are made.

Do you take into account the tax impact of my investments?

Yes, we evaluate your situation and take into account the tax impact in our investment recommendations. We work with you, your lawyers and tax advisors to ensure that your tax structure is appropriate based on your needs.

Can you manage my portfolio at the bank where I currently have custody?

Yes, that’s correct. We have the freedom to work with any custodian, as being independent advisors, we do not have a conflict of interest. This allows us to search for the best option for you and provide a proposal tailored to your profile and objectives.

How is Axxets compensated?

There are two modalities through which we are compensated:

  • Advisory fee compensates us through a percentage of the invested value or a fixed amount determined with you. The percentages vary depending on the portfolio size and responsibilities within the agreed-upon service.
  • In Brokerage, we are compensated through a percentage of the security being bought or sold in the account.

We choose with each of the clients the one that is best in each case.
