Leon Harari co-Founded Axxiontrade LBS SC in 2010 and HTS Asesores Independientes SC in 2015. He is actively involved in asset management, financial planning, succession and estate planning advisory, tax advisory, banking relationships, as well as in the investment management and strategic initiatives of the group. Leon has been in the financial sector since 1994. Prior to founding Axxiontrade, he worked in Mexico for Banque Safdie, a Swiss private bank. Leon has broad experience in portfolio management and estate planning for international investors. Born in México and a graduate from Universidad Iberoamericana in Public Accounting with a specialty in Finance and Economics.

Benjamin Turquie co-founded Axxiontrade LBS SC in 2010 and HTS Asesores Independientes SC in 2015. He is actively involved in financial planning, client relations, investment management, and strategic initiatives of the group. Benjamin has been in the financial sector since 2005. He started at Grupo Financiero Monex in 2005 and stayed until 2007. Afterward, he worked in Mexico for Banque Safdie, a Swiss Private Bank. Benjamin has extensive experience in portfolio management and wealth planning for international investors. He was born in Mexico and graduated in 2007 from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Financial Administration.

Eduardo Szterensus is Co Founded Axxiontrade LBS SC in 2010 and HTS Asesores Independientes SC in 2015 . He is actively involved in financial planning and client relationships, as well as in the investment management and strategic initiatives of the group. Eduardo has been in the financial sector since 2006. Prior to founding Axxiontrade, he worked in Mexico for Banque Safdie, a Swiss private bank. Eduardo has broad experience in portfolio management and estate planning for international investors. Born in México he is a graduate in Business Administration from the Intsituto Autónomo de México.

Guillermo Himelfarb is a Financial Advisor. He is actively involved in client relationships. Prior to joining Axxiontrade in 2015, Guillermo worked as a private banker and has been in the financial sector since the year 2000. Guillermo has broad experience in portfolio management for domestic investors. Born in Mexico and a graduate from Universidad de las Americas with a degree in Business administration with a specialty in international finance. Living in Mexico City with his wife and two kids.

Juan Manuel is a Financial Advisor, mainly dedicated to Wealth Management and has a direct relationship with each of his clients. He specializes in doing continuous analysis of portfolios to protect clients’ wealth.

Financial Advisor trainee at Axxiontrade LBS SC since 2019. Previously worked for two years at his family real estate company. Moises studied Industrial Engineering at Universidad Iberoamericana, graduating in 2020.

Elias Askenazi has been with Axxiontrade since 2016 and is currently responsible for office management, account openings, client services, accounting and compliance. He obtained his Bachelor in International business in 2017 from the Tecnológico de Monterrey. Elias did an entrepreneurship program in 2016 at UBC Vancouver and graduated with honors. In his free time, Elias enjoys to practice several sports, such as CrossFit, tennis and skiing. He also likes to travel.

He has been working at Axxiontrade LBS SC since 2020. Previously, he worked for two years at Fibra Hotel. He has a degree in Finance from the Universidad Iberoamericana. In his free time, he enjoys working in the community and helping others; he has been a volunteer in community institutions for eight years and enjoys passing on his knowledge.

He has been working at Axxiontrade LBS SC since 2022. Previously, he worked at Banorte, where he served as assistant to the General Management of the Banorte Stock Exchange, Debt and Structured Products area, and as an Advisor. He has a degree in Finance from the Universidad Iberoamericana. He stands out for being an observant, curious, and analytical person. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his dog, catch up on technological advances in different industries and technology startups, and read innovation news.

Alejandra is responsible for the communication and brand strategy. She has a degree in design and graphic communication from La Salle University. In her beginnings, Alejandra worked in advertising agencies and design firms until she decided to change to the corporate world. She was part of companies such as Zurich and Invex, where she played different roles in the Marketing and Communication area. She currently has nine years of experience in the financial sector. She is pursuing a master's degree in brand strategies and innovation. She enjoys playing board games, listening to music, and reading in her spare time.

Javier López is a member of the Investment Committee. He focuses on optimizing fixed-income opportunities and the group's current exposure taking into account credit risk management measures and a deep understanding of credit fundamentals. Before joining Axxets, Javier worked at S&P Global Ratings as a Ratings Associate for the Financial Services practice in Mexico City. Javier holds a degree in Financial Sciences from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and is currently seeking the CFA® designation after already being approved at Level I. He is fluent in English and Spanish. Javier is married and likes to be a Formula 1 nerd and foodie in his spare time.

Bernardo Trejo is a specialist in variable income and capital and is part of the Investment Committee. His functions are performing stock market analysis, monitoring stock markets, preparing internal reports, and providing stock analysis. Before joining Axxets Management, Bernardo worked as a Senior Corporate Associate for the securities rating agency HR Ratings. He also worked for more than eight years doing stock market analysis in various institutions covering various companies in the Mexican stock market. Bernardo is a Public Accountant with a Master's Degree in Finance from the Universidad Panamericana (UP).

Daniel Sánchez, an expert in alternative investments and a member of the Investment Committee, plays a crucial role in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of the group's alternative investment strategy. This strategy encompasses various areas, such as Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, Private Debt, Infrastructure, and Hedge Funds.

Before joining Axxets, Daniel made significant contributions at AFORE Coppel, where he played a pivotal role in launching the global alternative investment strategy for the group. His experience in the financial sector also includes a tenure in banking at Citi, accumulating a total of 8 years of international experience.

Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration from HES SO in Lausanne. His dedication and expertise in the field of alternative investments are key assets to the Axxets team.

Bertha Pozaicer has more than 30 years of experience in the administrative department in several companies. She started in Commercial Bank of New York and then worked in Banque Safdie until Axxiontrade was created in 2010. Since the foundation of Axxiontrade, Bertha has participated principally on the opening of accounts with several banks, along with the administrative department of the company. She has High School studies, speaks Spanish, English and Hebrew. She enjoys practicing yoga, reading and walking outdoors.

Isaac Wakszol is the Founder and President of Activest Wealth Management. He is actively involved in financial planning and client relationships, as well as in the investment management and strategic initiatives of the group. Isaac has been in the financial sector since 1996. Prior to founding Activest, he was the representative of Banque Safdie, a Swiss private investment bank in Venezuela. Isaac has broad experience in portfolio management and estate planning for domestic and international investors. Born in Venezuela and a graduate from Universidad Metropolitana School of Civil Engineering in Venezuela, he also completed an MBA at IESA Venezuela and Babson College. He currently holds the Series 65 license and is fluent in English and Spanish. Isaac is an avid runner and an active member within the Jewish community of Aventura, Florida where he’s been living since 2008 with his wife and two kids.

Jacobo Taurel directs the investment, operations, and IT team. He is actively involved in the investment decision-making process as well as managing client portfolios and relationships. Since joining Activest, he led transformational projects such as the Investment Committee and the group’s in-house portfolio software (APS). Prior to joining Activest, Jacobo held positions at CLA Direct, Smells-Good, and RORI. Jacobo graduated Cum-Laude from the Arison School of Business in Israel, where he majored in Finance and participated in the Wharton exchange program. He currently holds the Series 65 license and earned a certificate in financial planning from New York University. Jacobo was born in Venezuela and has lived in six different cities. He is fluent in English, Spanish and speaks basic Hebrew. He is currently married with two kids. In his free time, he enjoys reading, playing basketball, practicing yoga, traveling, and outdoor activities.

Jose Luis Cova is a Portfolio Manager and director of the Investment Committee. He is actively involved in the analysis of portfolios and investment opportunities as well as in the relationship management of institutions providing research and financial products. Prior to his current role, Jose worked at FlexFunds Exchange Traded Products as a Financial Analyst. His main responsibility was to provide solutions to asset managers through the creation of investment vehicles. While attending college, Jose joined the Aspira Association, a Florida based non-profit organization focused on developing leadership capacities among minority students through educational programs. Furthermore, he is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Jose was born in Venezuela and is fluent in English and Spanish. He graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance. He currently holds the Series 65 license. In his free time, Jose enjoys outdoor activities such as playing soccer and mountain biking. He also likes to travel and spend time with his family.

Juan Xavier Sánchez is a Portfolio Manager and member of the Investment Committee. He is focused on portfolio analysis, investment proposals and idea generation. Prior to joining Activest, Juan Xavier worked as an Investment Banking Associate for Barclays Investment Bank, as a part of the Global Industrials Group in New York City. Juan Xavier holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Cornell University. He is a CFA® charter holder. Juan Xavier was born in Miami and raised in Ecuador, and has lived in five different cities. He is fluent in English, Spanish and speaks basic Italian. In his free time, Juan Xavier enjoys waterskiing, running, traveling, and outdoor activities.

Mauricio Saias is the Chief Operating Officer at Activest Wealth Management. He is responsible for managing Activest’s day-to-day operations, along with crafting and building analytics tools that track key aspects of business performance. Also, he is in charge of executing the company’s Information Systems Strategy, which includes designing and maintaining Activest’s Portfolio Management System (APS). Prior to joining Activest, Mauricio worked at Citigroup in Miami, FL, and 100% Banco in Caracas, Venezuela. For his Bachelor’s Degree, Mauricio graduated top of his class majoring in Systems Engineering from the Universidad Metropolitana. He also earned his MBA from Babson College, graduating with Magna Cum Laude Honors. Finally, he has a second Master’s Degree focused on Process Improvement from Nova Southeastern University. He currently holds the Series 65 license. Mauricio was born in Venezuela and is fluent in English and Spanish. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, spending time with his family and playing basketball.

Dannit Cohen is an Operations and Technology Associate at Activest Wealth Management. She supports Activest’s day-to-day operations such as the trading process, communication with clients, and implementation of new technology. Prior to her current role, Dannit worked at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings as a Revenue Management Coordinator where she was responsible for determining optimal price points and inventory allocation to maximize revenue growth and total occupancy. Dannit graduated Cum-Laude with a double major in Business Technology and Finance from the University of Miami. During that time, she co-founded a student organization, participated in the University of Miami TV station, and worked as a Tutor. She was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and is proficient in Spanish and English. During her free time, she enjoys spinning, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.

Sima Carmely has been with Activest since inception and is currently responsible for office management and, client services and assists with compliance. She has more than 30 years of experience including a senior role in Bank Hapoalim and in real estate transactions. Sima was born in Israel and has been in the US for over 20 years. She received several certificates from Florida International University in the fields of business and private banking. In her free time, Sima enjoys reading, traveling, watching movies, dancing and exercising. She is married and has one daughter, a son and one grandson.

A specialist in both domestic and international wealth management as well as global asset management in several jurisdictions. He has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of wealth management, asset allocation and investment banking in international banks, multi-family, and independent assets. Bernardo holds a Securities Consultant certificate from CVM in Brazil and an MBA from IBMEC. He is a partner and the head of Wealth Management at Constância Investimentos.

He has 15 years of experience in the financial and administrative areas.

She has worked in companies such as the Israel-Brazil Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Lojas Marisa, and fintech, among other companies, in various segments. In addition, she has worked in the wealth management area of Constância Investimentos for five years. 

With 20 years of experience in offshore financial markets, Natalie has worked in international banks, financial institutions, family offices and management firms. With a significant network in the financial and investment world, she has worked with such companies and organizations as Bank Leumi le-Israel, Poalim Asset Management and Constância Investimentos in Brazil, Israel and other countries.

Alberto has a degree in Business Administration from the Metropolitan University (Caracas, Venezuela). He has more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector. He worked at Banca Svizzera Italiana (BSI-a Swiss private bank). His extensive experience spans the analysis and management of investment portfolios. He speaks Spanish, English, Italian, German, and Latvian.

Claudia studied in England. She has a BA in Accounting, Finance, and Business Management from York University and a postgraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics. She previously worked in asset management companies and recently joined Axxets as a Customer Service Manager. She speaks Spanish, English, and Italian.
