Anthony Ferguson CFA, MCSI, CI Arb, ACFWA, is Chairman of Colina Financial Advisors Limited. (Anthony has over 35 years experience in the financial services industry with a focus on corporate advisory, international management and trading.

Anthony is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds other professional qualifications. Anthony currently sits on several international and local boards of directors based in the Bahamas. Anthony is also a licensed pilot and ship captain.

Leon Harari is co-founder of HTS Independent Advisors SC since 2015. He is actively involved in asset management, financial planning, wealth advisory, tax advisory, banking relationships, as well as investment management and strategic initiatives of the group. Leon has been in the financial sector since 1994. Prior to founding Axxiontrade, he worked in Mexico for Banque Safdie, a Swiss Private Bank. Leon has extensive experience in portfolio management and wealth planning for international investors. He was born in Mexico and graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana with a degree in Public Accounting with a major in Finance and Economics.

Benjamin Turquie has been a co-founder of Axxiontrade LBS SC since 2010 and of HTS Independent Advisors SC since 2015. He is actively involved in financial planning and client relations, as well as investment management and strategic initiatives for the group. Benjamin has been in the financial sector since 2005. He started at Grupo Financiero Monex in 2005 and stayed until 2007. He then worked in Mexico for Banque Safdie, a Swiss Private Bank. Benjamin has extensive experience in portfolio management and wealth planning for international investors. He was born in Mexico and graduated in 2007 from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey with a degree in Financial Management.

Eduardo Szterensus has been a co-founder of Axxiontrade LBS SC since 2010 and of HTS Independent Advisors SC since 2015. He is actively involved in financial planning and client relations, as well as investment management and strategic initiatives of the group. Eduardo has been in the financial sector since 2006. Prior to founding Axxiontrade he worked in Mexico for Banque Safdie, a Swiss Private Bank. Eduardo has extensive experience in portfolio management and wealth planning for international investors. He was born in Mexico and holds a degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Autónomo de México.

He leads with a focus on strategic initiatives, investment management and client relationship enhancement.

Prior to founding Activest, he represented a Swiss private investment bank in Venezuela, gaining valuable knowledge in international finance.

He holds a degree in civil engineering from Universidad Metropolitana and an MBA from IESA Venezuela and Babson College.

He plays a key role in the firm's investment strategies and client relationships. His leadership in transformative projects such as the Investment Committee and APS software highlights his innovative approach to financial management.

Educated at the Arison School of Business in Israel, he graduated Cum Laude in finance.

He brings more than two decades of financial advisory experience specializing in wealth management, alternative investments and asset management.

Forbes recognized him as one of Florida's Top Financial Advisors for three consecutive years.

He earned an MBA from Babson College and has held key roles at institutions such as Morgan Stanley and the Royal Bank of Canada.

Trainee Financial Advisor at Axxiontrade LBS SC since 2019. He previously worked for two years in his family's real estate company. Moises studied Industrial Engineering at Universidad Iberoamericana, graduating in 2020.

Guillermo Himelfarb is a Financial Advisor. He is actively involved in client relations. Prior to joining Axxiontrade in 2015, Guillermo worked as a private banker and has been in the financial sector since 2000. Guillermo has extensive experience in portfolio management for domestic investors. He was born in Mexico and holds a degree in Business Administration and a degree in international finance from Universidad de las Americas. He lives in Mexico City with his wife and two children.

Juan Manuel is a Financial Advisor, he is mainly dedicated to Wealth Management and has a direct relationship with each of his clients. He specializes in continuous analysis of portfolios in order to protect his clients' wealth.

His expertise in financial products helps guide institutional strategy and maintain competitive investment portfolios. Prior to this role, he gained significant experience as a financial analyst at FlexFunds.

He earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Miami.

He focuses on portfolio analysis and the generation of investment proposals. His previous experience as an Investment Banking Associate at Barclays in New York has provided him with a solid understanding of global markets.

Juan Xavier holds a BA in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Cornell University.

Bernardo Trejo is an equity and capital markets specialist and is a member of the Investment Committee. His duties focus on stock market analysis and monitoring of equity markets, internal reporting, as well as providing equity analysis. Prior to joining Axxets Management, Bernardo worked as a Senior Corporate Associate for the rating agency HR Ratings. He also worked for more than 8 years doing stock analysis in several institutions covering various companies in the Mexican stock market. Bernardo is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master's Degree in Finance from Universidad Panamericana (UP).

Javier Lopez is a member of the Investment Committee. He focuses on optimizing fixed income opportunities and the group's current exposure taking into account credit risk management measures and a thorough understanding of credit fundamentals. Prior to joining Axxets, Javier worked at S&P Global Ratings as a Ratings Associate for the Financial Services practice in Mexico City. Javier holds a degree in Financial Sciences from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and is currently pursuing the CFA® designation after already having been approved at Level I. He is fluent in English and Spanish. Javier is married and he enjoys being a Formula 1 nerd and a foodie in his spare time.

Daniel Sanchez, alternative investment specialist and member of the Investment Committee, plays a key role in the creation, implementation and monitoring of the group's alternative investment strategy. This strategy encompasses several areas, such as Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, Private Debt, Infrastructure and Hedge Funds.

Daniel contributed to AFORE Coppel, where he played a crucial role in launching the group's global alternative investment strategy. His experience in the financial sector also includes a period in banking at Citi, totaling 8 years of international experience.

Daniel holds a degree in Management from HES SO in Lausanne. His dedication and knowledge in the field of alternative investments are key assets for the team.

Alejandra is responsible for the communication and branding strategy. She has a degree in design and graphic communication from Universidad La Salle. In her beginnings she worked in agencies and design firms until she decided to switch to the corporate world. She was part of companies such as Zurich and Invex where she played different roles for the Marketing and Communication area. Currently she has been working in the financial sector for 9 years. At the moment he is studying for a master's degree in brand strategy and innovation. In his free time he enjoys playing board games, listening to music and reading.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations and implementation of the firm's Information Systems strategy. His background in Systems Engineering from Metropolitan University and an MBA from Babson College underscore his analytical and management skills.

Her role involves managing the negotiation and communication process with clients, ensuring a smooth operation and excellent service delivery. Her previous position at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings as Revenue Management Coordinator has given her valuable insights into strategic revenue management.

Dannit graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami with a double major in Business Technology and Finance.

Maurice graduated with a degree in Liberal Studies from Florida International University, majoring in Business, Law and Society. Prior to his current position, Maurice worked in the insurance industry, developing insurance and risk management strategies and ensuring that clients' needs are met.

In his spare time, Maurice is passionate about music and golf. Bilingual in Spanish and English, he values spending time at home with his family and dog and going to concerts and live events. This is important to balance his professional and personal lifestyle.

Andres has over 20 years of experience in the field of financial and management services. He has served as treasurer and financial consultant in insurance and finance firms in Venezuela and Switzerland. Andres holds an MBA degree from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores en Administración.

Monique Knowles has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Acadia University. Monique is CAMS certified and has passed the Series 7 and Series 66 securities exams. Monique is bilingual and has worked in financial services for over eight years. When she is not busy with work, she volunteers at her local church.

Dashanique Moss is a highly experienced Certified Public Accountant with over a decade of specialized experience in financial services and regulated entities. Leading a talented team of individuals across multiple jurisdictions, she is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of integrity and delivering high quality results. Her dept of knowledge and commitment to excellence make her a valuable asset in the field of accounting.

Elias Askenazi has been with Axxiontrade since 2016 and is currently responsible for office management, account openings, client services, accounting and compliance. He has a degree in International Business, graduated in 2017 from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Elias did an entrepreneurship program in 2016 at UBC Vancouver and graduated with honours. In his spare time, Elias enjoys playing various sports, such as crossfit, tennis and skiing. He also enjoys traveling.

He has been with Axxiontrade LBS SC since 2020. Previously, he worked for two years at Fibra Hotel. He has a degree in Finance from Universidad Iberoamericana. In his free time he enjoys working in the community and helping others, he has been a volunteer in community institutions for 8 years and enjoys passing on his knowledge.

Has been with Axxiontrade LBS SC since 2022. Previously, he worked at Banorte where he served as Assistant to the General Management of Banorte's Casa de Bolsa, Debt and Structured Products area and as an Advisor. He holds a degree in Finance from Universidad Iberoamericana. He stands out for being an observant, curious and analytical person. In his free time he likes to spend time with his dog and catch up on technological advances in different industries, technology startups and read news about innovation.

She began her career at KPMG, in the tax area of individuals, later specializing in life insurance, providing tax and estate planning strategies.
She holds a degree in finance and public accounting from Universidad Anahuac.
Elisa is responsible for the insurance area, and is also part of the administration team.
In her free time she enjoys practicing yoga and slalom skiing.

She has a degree in industrial engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana and a master's degree in finance from the Universidad Anahuac. She has worked in companies such as Danone, Santander, and a consulting firm called Impulsa, as well as being a teacher of administration and mathematics in middle and high school in several schools. Today she helps them in the administrative part of Axxion Trade. In her spare time she enjoys swimming, spinning, spending time with her children and reading.

Bertha Pozaicer has more than 30 years of experience in the administrative department of various companies throughout her career. She started at Commercial Bank of New York and then worked at Banque Safdie, until Axxiontrade was created in 2010. Since the founding of Axxiontrade, Bertha has been mainly involved in opening accounts with various banks along with the administrative department of the company. She has a high school education, speaks Spanish, English and Hebrew. She enjoys practicing yoga, reading and walking outdoors.

Daniela is a dedicated professional who excels in supporting day-to-day operations through effective financial strategies and strict compliance with financial regulations. She graduated cum laude from Universidad Metropolitana (Unimet) in Caracas with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.

His responsibilities include overseeing account openings, asset transfers, document maintenance and communication of account details to clients.

He holds a BA in Managerial Economics from Bentley University in Boston and an MBA in Marketing and Business Administration from ESIC in Madrid.

Her background includes roles at financial giants such as Oppenheimer and Morgan Stanley, where she honed her skills in client service and financial planning.

Janessa holds a BA from Florida International University and an MBA from Florida State University.

Prescott Adderley holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB, Hons) from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne. He is an admitted attorney in New York State and is certified by the ICA (International Compliance Association). He has been working in compliance for over 10 years.

Responsible for office management, client services and compliance support at Activest, he brings more than three decades of experience to his role. His extensive background in banking and real estate transactions provides a solid foundation for his responsibilities at Activest, ensuring high standards of client service and operational efficiency.
