While serving its clients, Axxets Management Inc. acquires, stores, and transmits client communications and information that clients may regard as private or sensitive. Some of this information – such as the client’s name, address, telephone number, and transaction data – is provided to Axxets Management inc. by its clients to establish service. In addition, Axxets Management Inc. may store clients’ electronic mail and other communications as a necessary incident to the transmission and delivery of those communications.
Axxets Management Inc. will protect the confidentiality of its clients’ information, account information and personal communications to the fullest extent possible and consistent with the laws of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas. To protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of information that is collected from clients, Axxets Management Inc. has appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures in place.
How Client Information is Used
Axxets will never share client information with partners, suppliers, affiliate, local or foreign, law enforcement or regulatory authorities unless in a manner as described in this privacy statement.
In circumstances where clients are proven to be involved in fraud and/or money laundering, Axxets. may be forced to comply with certain local laws and provide selected information to local authorities.
Axxets may use client information internally to provide its clients with system information or information about new or upgraded products.
Clients may access and modify their personal information from the Axxets Application. Axxets does not share, sell, rent, or trade personal information with third parties for their promotional purposes. Axxets will not otherwise disclose its clients’ personal and account information unless we have reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of Axxets clients, or others, or where we have a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.
Axxets also will not, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that we store or transmit for its clients. The circumstances under which Axxets will disclose such electronic client communications are when:
- It is necessary to provide service to the client.
- it is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of Axxets Management Inc. and its clients.
- It is required to cooperate with interception orders, warrants, or other legal process that Island determines in its sole discretion to be valid and enforceable; and
- It is necessary to provide to a law enforcement agency when the contents are inadvertently obtained by Axxets Management inc. and appear to pertain to the commission of a crime.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the home page, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.

Axxets disclaims any intention to censor, edit or engage in ongoing review or surveillance of communications stored on or transmitted through its facilities by clients or others. Axxets will, however, review, delete or block access to communications that may harm to Axxets, its clients or third parties. The grounds on which we may take such action include, but are not limited to, actual or potential violations of Axxets Management Inc.
